Goal of the Meeting: to be ready for drupa2024.
On Tuesday 9 April, our Sales Meeting was held with the participation of over 30 agents from our sales network coming from all over the world.
The Sales Meeting, which took place partly at our headquarters in Pedrengo and partly at the Cantina De Toma Moscato in Scanzorosciate (BG), gained particular importance this year, as it came just a few weeks before drupa2024, the most important international fair for graphic arts and printing technologies, which will take place in Düsseldorf from 28 May to 7 June, and in which Solema will participate in the role of international Top Player with a highly innovative stand.
drupa2024, returning after an 8-year absence due to the pandemic, was the undisputed protagonist of the entire day.
The goal of the Sales Meeting was indeed to allow the entire sales force of Solema to present themselves at their best at the most important fair of the year.
‘We want every single member of Solema’s sales force to arrive energized and full of motivation at the upcoming drupa2024, ready to tackle the demands of an increasingly demanding and evolving market.’
These are the words of Solema’s Sales Director, Luca Borella, taken from the welcome address to the agents held at the production facilities in Pedrengo, the beating heart of the company, where the machines that have made Solema famous worldwide come to life.
Luca Borella also outlined the future business and marketing strategies that Solema will adopt at drupa2024, the perfect event to showcase Solema’s products to professionals in the Graphic Arts, Paperboard, and Robotics sectors.
New corporate claim and Customer Care service unveiled
During his speech, Borella unveiled two important innovations: the first is the officialization of the new corporate claim with which Solema will present itself at the fair: We are automation. A claim with which Solema intends to best address the challenges of the future and that summarizes in three words the history of Solema, a company that has always produced automation machines that have become essential over time for the production process of our customers, as evidenced for example by the over 600 book block feeders and over 400 palletizers scattered around the world.
The second innovation is the announcement of the service CUSTOMER CARE - Tools for protecting your investment. This new development will be presented during the fair with a dedicated space within the stand where it will be possible to meet the specialized Solema staff. A wide range of new dedicated services will be introduced to ensure maximum care and constant support to our customers, taking into account their diverse needs.
The first permanent showroom available to customers and agents
Solema will present itself in Düsseldorf as the only company in the automation sector capable of producing industrial and collaborative anthropomorphic robots for palletizing and depalletizing.
During the event, Solema presented the new Robotics Demo Center to its sales network. The Solema Robotics Demo Center is for the company the first permanent showroom available to customers and agents, who will thus be able to see in person all the robotic solutions available within our product range.
Our technicians will be at the complete disposal of those who want to see the robots’ performance live, with the exclusive possibility of testing them and viewing them up close. The showroom is the latest example of the many efforts made by Solema in the field of Robotics, a sector in strong expansion and continuous growth, which already is a new market trend.
