With the boxing machines SmartBox and MagicBox the boxing phase at the end of the line is no longer a job to be carried out by the operator. Solema solutions also make complex operations automatic such as inserting up to 4 books’ piles per box, adding an inner protective pad and taping them completely.

MAGIC BOX
The MAGIC BOX fully automatic carton packing machine has been developed by Solema using their many years experience building materials handling equipment for the graphic arts industry, and is designed to meet your current and future carton packing needs. A complete size changeover can be achieved in less than 3 minutes thanks to the computerised make ready system with touch screen interface. All internal size adjustments are carried out automatically via servo motors and new jobdata or stored data can be loaded while the machine is running.
Products enter the machine via the infeed timing conveyor, this ensures correct spacing and presentation of piles into the machine. An optional turning station is available to change the orientation of piles depending on the required carton pattern.
