Smart Box is a semi-automatic cartoning machine designed for the efficient boxing of hardcover, soft cover and saddle-stitched books.
Developed through our long-standing experience in product handling for the graphic arts industry, Smart Box combines reliability with straightforward operation.
The semi-automatic cartoning machine integrates an air table, designed to simplify product preparation and setup. The operator places the box over the pile of products and feeds the box-and-product unit into the machine, starting the packaging process.
The upper and lower flaps are automatically aligned and closed with tape as the unit passes through the taping section. Its extremely compact footprint allows installation even in limited production spaces.
The semi-automatic cartoning machine is equipped with wheels for quick and easy movement between different production lines, and it can be bypassed via a conveyor belt when packing is not required.
