Depalletizing equipment 

VENUS can de-palletize semi-finished products like sewed and / or glued book blocks, feeding them automatically into perfect binders and hard cover lines. VENUS depalletizing equipment allows to eliminate the heavy workload and physical effort of the operators, improving the production capacity of the lines thanks to an improved continuity and increased speed in the product’s feeding.

In order to ensure a safe and efficient depalletizing process, the machine must be programmed according to pallets features, such as book layers and overall dimensions.

For the same purpose, pallets fed to the machine need to include a specific slip-sheet that allows smooth operational continuity.

Depending on space availability and production needs, the depalletizing equipment can have different configurations.
