Designed to ensure maximum efficiency and rapid set up changes, Magic Box allows full make ready between one product and the next in under three minutes, thanks to the use of servo motors for all adjustments.
The fully automatic cartoning machine is equipped with an infeed timing conveyor, ensuring precise product synchronization during the production. Upon request, a turning station is also available to optimize product orientation according to packaging requirements.
When a specific project does not require cartoning, Magic Box can be switched from a fully automatic cartoning machine into a bypass conveyor, allowing products to pass through without interrupting the production flow.

In the event that book cartoning is not required, the Magic Box automatic cartoning machine is equipped with a bypass conveyor belt to allow the products to simply pass through.
