Ideal for downstream installation after digital three-knife trimmers, Mini Sol EVO automates the handling of book blocks and softcover products, ensuring a continuous and reliable production flow.
Format changeover is fully automatic and in real time: Mini Sol EVO communicates with upstream machinery via compatible software or product barcode reading.
Mini Sol EVO can be used as an end-of-line stacker, a pre-stacking system, or an emergency stacker in case downstream machines stop.
It is designed for handling semi-finished products that do not require spine compensation, such as perfect bound, hardcover, loose-leaf, and/or shrink-wrapped items, delivering uniform stacks and consistent long-term performance.
The robust structure, built with high-quality materials and precision components, guarantees reliability, durability, and reduced maintenance.
Mini Sol EVO can also be integrated with a collaborative solution to automate end-of-line handling and palletizing.
