OMEGA693-12

Omega693-12 is an advanced palletizing solution based on collaborative robotic technology with an anthropomorphic arm, designed for the efficient handling of products such as sewn, digital and gauzed book blocks as well as soft cover, hard cover, boxes and folding carton.

The robot - in this case, a cobot - handles the special OMEGA693 tool, which was developed to transfer a pile of products onto the pallet with each movement. OMEGA693 does not require any protective nets and is therefore ideal for being moved from one production line to another. OMEGA693 allows to customize palletizing pattern thanks to the possibility of changing orientation with each pile.

The OMEGA693 solution consists of two complementary units:

the anthropomorphic arm
its respective pick-up station

Both are managed by the flexpendant, so that production and recipe creation can be controlled from a unique HMI.
