PLUTON Automatic Palletizer


PLUTON can be used to palletize: Hard and Soft cover books, sewn and glued bookblocks, magazines, catalogues and phone directories, shrink wrapped piles or bundles, carton boxes, strapped / blocked signatures, newspapers.

Main characteristics of this machine are: the small footprint which allows its application even in very narrow places, the continuous jogging of the product during the different transition inside the machine, and simplicity of movements through linear transport. The palletizer is constructed on a main structure which, due to the compact dimensions, enables its transport as one piece.

The PLUTON is endowed with a timing station at the entrance, an accumulating conveyor, automatic storage for empty pallets and an automatic device for feeding of the slip-sheets.
