SuperCorrExpo: the North American exhibition for the corrugated industry
The best of the global corrugated industry will gather from 8th to 12th September at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, for the 2024 edition of SuperCorrExpo, the most important North American trade show dedicated to the corrugated converting sector.
The event, held every four years, will host over 300 exhibitors, allowing thousands of visitors from 70 countries to discover the latest innovations and trends in the corrugated sector, including the latest solutions from the leading global players like Solema. On the stand you will be able to see for the first time the new automation system which includes the Uni.co machine in line with the Quadro stacker and Omega693, the collaborative robotic solution.
SuperCorrExpo brings together professionals, suppliers, manufacturers, and experts from around the world to exchange knowledge and resources, promoting new business partnerships for the production and conversion of corrugated board into boxes, partitions, trays and all things related to the Packaging sector.
For Solema, it will be the third participation
This will be Solema’s third participation in SuperCorrExpo, following the ones in 2016 and 2020. And we will participate with a customized 90-square-meter stand where we will present our latest technologies and innovative equipment for the paperboard sector.
Visitors will be welcomed by Mr Scott Ellis and Ms Krystle Shelton, colleagues from Solema USA, our sister company based in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
SuperCorrExpo will be the opportunity to present to professionals our complete line of Paperboard products, as well as our range of machinery and technological solutions in industrial automation.
Our Uni.co. machine applied to Robotics
The Uni.co model I machine will be running on the stand and will demonstrate the tangible effectiveness in the production of corrugated pads integrated with Quadro, a stacker, and Omega693, a collaborative robot that will carry out palletising at the end of the line.
This automation system, which will be previewed at SuperCorrExpo, represents Solema's desire to evolve in the market. This is a production line which, through the combination of Solema standard machines - including Uni.co I, Quadro stacker and Omega 693 - not only produces corrugated pads but is also capable of stacking and palletising them.
In addition to the Uni.co with Omega693 setup, Solema will present other innovative solutions for Robotics, a new and rapidly expanding sector in the field of automation, and our extensive range of machinery for the assembly of partitions.
The Solema Experience Hub
The Solema stand will also feature two large screens equipped with the Solema Experience Hub multimedia interface, allowing visitors to interact with our solutions and providing an immersive and interactive experience.
The Solema Experience Hub includes the Solema Layout Pro: do it yourself tool which allows individual customers to create their customized production line layout live.
