• An anthropomorphic arm (6-axis).
• A dedicated picking station.

The system is operated via an intuitive interface (FlexPendant with HMI), allowing for centralized management of production data and recipes. Designed to ensure precision, continuity, and flexibility, Omega693-12 automates the end-of-line process, efficiently arranging products on pallets at a maximum speed of 5 cycles per minute.

• Books (saddle-stitched and perfect bound products, soft and hard cover books and bible/lightweight paper books).
• Book blocks (sewn, glued, digital with glue dots).
• Boxes of different sizes.
• Cardboard pads and partitions.

The pick-up always occurs from the bottom: this ensures the product is never "pinched" laterally or crushed. Instead, it is supported, avoiding scratches, marks, or deformations even on the most delicate materials.
