Another year full of internal and external activities comes to a close, confirming Solema’s continued presence on the international scene and its commitment to offering increasingly innovative automation solutions. Happy reading!
For Solema, 2025 was once again a year full of activities and successes, marked by the participation in the leading global events of our field and by the ever-stronger desire to offer innovative solutions in the field of automation, confirming our leadership in the graphic arts and packaging sectors.
Solutions that have generated numerous case studies that demonstrate, directly in the field, the concrete effectiveness of our machines.
It was also a year of confirmations that have allowed us to invest once again in our young talents.
Solema Open House: the Premier automation event
From 9 to 11 April 2025, at our headquarters in Pedrengo, we held the Solema Open House 2025, where we presented the most innovative automation solutions for the Graphic Art and Paper Board sectors.
Three intense days featuring live demonstrations of a series of our machines, to discover firsthand how our innovative automation systems operate and how they can be integrated with the contribution of robots and cobots, also produced by Solema.
- Open House in the USA A second Open House took place from 10 to 12 September 2025 at the Solema USA headquarters in Crawfordsville, Indiana, attracting numerous visitors from across the American continent, including professionals from the graphic arts and packaging sectors. It was the perfect opportunity to showcase our US facility to those still unfamiliar with it: a true support hub for the customers and a significant operation that demonstrates Solema’s presence, strength, and reliability in the American market.
Leading players at the international trade fairs
In 2025, we also participated in 3 important industry trade fairs, reaffirming our leading role in the global market:
- ExpoACCCSA From 24 to 26 June 2025, we participated in the 43rd edition of ExpoACCCSA, the most important Latin American exhibition dedicated to corrugated cardboard packaging conversion. Held annually since 1980, this year it took place in Barranquilla, Colombia.
- Fruit Attraction From 30 September to 2 October 2025, we participated in the 2025 edition of Fruit Attraction, the International Trade Fair for the Fruit and Vegetables Sector, held in Madrid. As guests at the TecnoBox stand, we showcased the potential of the CAST, an automatic forming machine designed for the production of large boxes suitable for transporting fruit and vegetables.
- Printing United From 22 to 24 October 2025, we participated in the Printing United EXPO 2025, the world’s most comprehensive event for the printing and binding sector in North America, held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Here, we were guests at the stand of Müller Martini, the global leader in the production of print finishing systems. This year marks the thirtieth anniversary of the beginning of the collaboration between Solema and Müller Martini, a partnership that has given rise to many successful joint projects.

Making way for the young and their enthusiasm
The year now drawing to a close confirmed Solema’s belief in the training of employees and collaborators, consolidating as a dynamic, forward-looking company.
We hosted internship programmes for 3 trainees – Lukas, Mohamed, and Stefano – who were employed in different company departments and represented a moment of growth for the company and an added value to discover new resources to bring into the team.
We asked the 3 trainees to recount their experience within the company in an interview you can read here.
Thank you for being part of our success
